In these surroundings, its incursion in to the national productive ambit, observing the constitutional command of support to the social and economical development of the country, registered in the following settings: (i) self-supplies of the Armed forces, through the making and production of uniforms, wardrobe, footwear, provisions, equipment, ammunition, weapons, explosive and accessories; (ii) iron and steel industry, with the foundry and lamination of iron bars for the construction, especially; (iii) car industry, in the assembling of utilitarian and working vehicles, for internal sale and for exportation; (iv) industrial explosive, for civil and infrastructure works, mining and prospecting seismic oil company; (v) aquaculture, in the production of shrimp for exportation; (vi) agro industrial, for the banana’s cultivation and non traditional products of exportation; (vii) tourism, in the hotel sector, (viii) mining, in the projects of exploration and exploitation of poli-metallics.

 DINE, since the year of 1995, incorporates to its organizational development, managerial tools and modern gestation, such as strategic planning, culture of quality, quality systems, integrated systems of gestation and command boards, among the most important ones.

In the year 2000, the Army’s Direction of Industries, in a decisive step to drive its institutional activity, adopted a new model of managerial conglomerate, through the conformation of the HOLDINGDINE S.A. Industrial and Commercial Corporation, as a supra managerial organization that plans, leads, norms and evaluate corporately the management of the companies of which is a stake holder,  harmonizing the differences that originally came noticing in a monolithically manner, for the coexistence of dissimilar managerial figures, in its juridical structure.

The HOLDINGDINE S.A. company is constituted as an anonymous society, whose only stakeholder is the Army’s Direction of Industries, under the Article 429 of the Law of Companies, that establishes the existence of Managerial Groups, under the conduction of a Superior Organization (the Head Office), that has as an objective the property; acquisition and having of stakes of the companies (subsidies), with the purpose of bond them and integrate them in a juridical way, exercise its control and superior administration as a center of decisions, with the faculty to regulate their managerial, financial, administrative, of credit and of accomplishments gestation, specially; by effect of which it iss searched to maximize profits, avoiding duplicity in the execution of tasks and minimizing the fiscal load.
