As a Managerial Corporation, entitled to the majority of the stake’s packages of the subsidized companies, the HOLDINGDINE S.A Company empower its control, under the two concepts previewed in the Law: (i) In the decision making and (ii) In the integral supervision of its operations. For this purpose counts with the following Organs of the Government and Administration: General Party, Directive Party and Executive Presidency and with the following Support and Control Organs: Commissaries, Operations Managements, Managerial Inspectors and Internal Auditors.

The politics, resolutions and adopted dispositions posted by the General Party, Directive Party and Executive Presidency are carried on, by the Managers of the subsidized companies, in an unquestionable manner.
