Bars able to weld
These are low alloy bars of steel that get controlled thermal treatment and acquired magnificent mechanical properties: high ductility, resistance and flexibility during the lamination process, for which these bars are ideal to the concrete armed structures, seismic resistant designed constructions and wherever weld connections are required.

The bars able to wed are manufactured according to the NTE-INEN-2167 and ASTM A-706 international norms. The bars carry an exclusive identification, along its longitude, at approximately one meter distance with embossed letters.

Trefilado Wire
Wire obtained by cold “trefilación”, which section is rounded and its surface is flat.
Its is used to manufacture welding electrodes, frameworks, light poles, roof beams, canalization lids, concrete framework pipes, hooks, bolts, rivets, grills, metallic baskets. 
The trefilado wire is elaborated under the NTE-INEN 1510 norm.

Conformed Frameworks
The conformed framework of ANDEC S.A. steel is a system that came from the electro welded mesh, the same one that when is folded makes a conformed structure. The steel framework or the so called conformed, optimize the assembly, simplifies the use of steel in the construction work, completely eliminates material wastes in the construction, generates significant costs savings for the constructor and promotes the demand in big housing projects and others.

The conformed framework is applied in cement foundations, columns, flagstone roof beams, roofs and lintels.

Angles
The steel products obtained from hot crowbar lamination, which transversal configuration has the shape of a perfect angle of equal sides.
The angles are used in viaducts, electric energy towers, railroads, naval construction. They are produced under the NTE-INEN-2224 norm.

Alambron (big wire)
Product laminated in hot temperature, of round solid section, a no inferior diameter of 5.5 mm and presented in rolls. Perfect material for the “trefilacion” and elaboration of electro meshes, nails, rivets, staples, wires, chains, among others. It is produced under the NTE-INEN-1324 norm.

Grafilated Wire
It is obtained by “trefiacion” and later constituted in cold temperature. The surface has uniform distributed embosses with the purpose to raise its concrete adherence.Excellent material to elaborate electro welded meshes and as a reinforcement of the concrete framework structures. It is manufactured under the NTE-INEN-1511 norm.

Electro Welded Meshes
Wires made out of conformed or flat steel, that interweave and which contact spots are welded by the electric resistance welding process. It is used in the flagstone construction, in between floors, decks, cisterns, pools, courts, contention walls, walls, floors, terraces, airport runway, decoration, courts and hydro canals.

Square Bars
Square section steel product, uniform and with flat surface, obtained from the laminated crowbars in hot temperature.
Material used in garden protection bars, doors, windows, metallic carpentry and industrial locksmith.
It is produced according to the NTE-INEN-2222 norm.
