The HOLDINGDINE S.A. is a Commercial and Industrial Corporation conformed by the participation of the Army’s Direction of Industries (DINE), being and important job generator of the country.

DINE is an ascribed entity of the Terrestrial Force, whose objective is to contribute, by constitutional command, in the social and economical development of Ecuador.

HOLDINGDINE S.A. was founded in the year 2000, as an anonymous society, under the foreseen article 429 of the Law of Companies, to administrate in a corporative way the companies of the Army’s Direction of Industries and to structure a Managerial Group.

The Managerial Group HOLDINGDINE S.A. acts in the industrial and commercial environment, competing in equal conditions with other organizations of the private sector; it follows the established juridical command, specially, the Law of Companies, Work Code and Law of Internal Taxation Regime. Additionally it is submitted to the Superintendence of Companies and the Government’s General Controllership supervision.
