URBANISTIC PROJECTS IN CAYAMBE DINMOB C.A develops and promotes urban projects: “La Remonta” and “Ayora Nuevo”, in coordination with the Municipality of Cayambe. 
The urban Project “ La Remonta” has an area of 31 hectares (has.) and 582 lots with a recreational park of 14 has. This will have an Olympic pool, coliseum, athletic track, racetrack, bulls square and a 4x4 racetrack.
