The COMPLEJO FABRIL FAME S.A. was constituted on July 1st, 2004 by the fusion of the companies: CALINCEN S.A., FAME S.A. and FADEMSA. The COMPLEJO FABRIL FAME S.A. is a national company that designs, manufactures and commercializes clothes, shoes and camping equipment. It owns the brands: FAME S.A., to elaborate working clothes, institutional uniforms, school uniforms, sports clothes and military footwear; Pietro Peruzzi and Jean Cartier, for the confection of masculine and feminine clothes; and Cover Camp for the production of camping equipment and work footwear. The HOLDINGDINE S.A. enterprise develops its activities according to the established juridical rules in the Law of Companies, Law of Public Hiring, Taxing Regime Law and Regulations, Work Risks General Regulations, Health and Security Regulations. It also applies the AATCC, ASTM and ISO norms for the raw material’s control. VISION: To be a competitive company in the clothes, footwear and camping equipment sector in an industrial or military way for the national and regional market.
MISSION: Produce and commercialize footwear, clothes and camping equipment, of military and industrial use, to satisfy the Armed Forces and national market demand.
