To optimize its gestation, productivity and competitiveness, the Industrial and Commercial Corporation HOLDINGDINE S.A. has an organizational structure conformed by three divisions bonded to the manufacture, agro industry and service sectors.

MANUFACTURE

In the manufacture sector the following companies are found: ANDEC S.A (iron and steel industry), COMPLEJO FABRIL FAME S.A. (wardrobe, footwear and equipment), EXPLOCEN C.A. (industrial explosives), F.M.S.B SANTA BARBARA S.A (munitions and weapons), and ENERGYHDINE C.A. (energetic projects).

SERVICES

The services sector is conformed by: SEPRIV CIA. LTDA. (private security), DINMOB C.A. (real estate), and LOGISTICHDINE S.A. (logistic services)

AGRO INDUSTRY

The agro industry sector has: DINEAGRO´S S.A (banana’s production), PROTEAS DEL ECUADOR S.A. (flower foliages cultivation), and AYCHAPICHO AGRO´S S.A. (agricultural).

The HOLDINGDINE also participates, but in a minor quantity, in eight companies: INAMAZONAS S.A (real estate), AMAZONAS HOT S.A. (hotels), SOCIEDAD CAMARONERA CAYANCAS S.A. SOCCASA (aquaculture), OMNIBUS BB TRANSPORTE S.A. (car industry), BANCO GENERAL RUMIÑAHUI S.A. (financial intermediation), MINREAL S.A. (mining), NOVACERO S.A. (metal mechanics), MARESA HOLDING S.A. (car industry) and CONDORMINING CORPORATION S.A. (mining).
 
HOLDINGDINE S.A.

The HOLDINGDINE S.A. is a Commercial and Industrial Corporation conformed by the participation of the Army’s Direction of Industries (DINE), being and important job generator of the country.

DINE is an ascribed entity of the Terrestrial Force, whose objective is to contribute, by constitutional command, in the social and economical development of Ecuador.

HOLDINGDINE S.A. was founded in the year 2000, as an anonymous society, under the foreseen article 429 of the Law of Companies, to administrate in a corporative way the companies of the Army’s Direction of Industries and to structure a Managerial Group.

The Managerial Group HOLDINGDINE S.A. acts in the industrial and commercial environment, competing in equal conditions with other organizations of the private sector; it follows the established juridical command, specially, the Law of Companies, Work Code and Law of Internal Taxation Regime. Additionally it is submitted to the Superintendence of Companies and the Government’s General Controllership supervision.
